How do I sign up to support my child’s school?
Present the card in your parent packet to the cashier next time you visit the store. They will link your Rewards account to the program. Starting with the visit after your enrollment visit, your Rewards will automatically be donated to your child’s school.
My child does not attend a participating school. Can their school be involved?
At this time the School Rewards program is a pilot program with select schools. Click here to let us know your school is interested in participating. If the program expands to include additional schools we will be sure to let you know.
We ran out of enrollment packets; can we request additional packets?
Absolutely! Just call 855-762-7880 to request additional packets. Please allow one to two weeks for processing.
How will I earn Rewards for my child’s school?
Enroll your account in the program and earn points just by shopping at participating stores and using your Rewards account. Earn one point for every one dollar spent on eligible purchases at participating locations. For every 100 points you earn, a $1.00 Reward is donated automatically to your child’s school.
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn for the school?
There is no limit to the number rewards you can earn.
What stores are participating?
Purchases at any United Supermarkets, Market Street, Albertsons Market, Amigos, or United Express operated by The United Family are eligible to earn Rewards.
When will the schools receive their donations?
Rewards earnings will be distributed to participating schools three times a year. Donations shall be received no later than January 31, June 30 and September 30.
What can the school use the money for?
Schools can use these donations for anything that the school administration or parent/teacher organization chooses. Whether it be new books for the library or new gym equipment, it is up to the school on how to use the money.
How much money could my school receive?
There is no limit on the donation that a school could receive. It is directly tied to parental activity at participating stores so the more shopping activity there is, the larger the donation will be.
We have grandparents that live in another town. Can they earn Rewards for my child’s school?
YES! After you enroll your Rewards account, share the enrollment card with other family members and they can donate their Rewards to your child’s school.
What if my child changes schools mid-year?
You can opt-out of the School Rewards Donation Program at any time. If you decide to end your participation, you can do one of the following:

What if I don’t have a Rewards Account?
To be able to donate your earned Rewards to the school, you must have a Rewards account. Signing up is easy! Ask your cashier when you check out or go online to theunitedfamily.com to sign up.
